"High points *When told to list the house for much higher than my expectations *we had & offer higher than the listing *house closed at the higher price *most important is when I realize I had the best real-estate person I could have had working. No low points just expected seller anxiety because of the tight schedule, but you kept us well informed. The level of service far exceeded my expectations & I would recommend Elia to everyone.
